The update of the exchange rates is performed once a day, after 1 PM, Monday to Friday. The data is saved locally and loaded on subsequent releases of the application, to minimize response time and avoid unnecessary traffic.

This little app is a free adaptation of the units command line utility to the Pocket PC paltform. With units you can compute conversions between many different units. You express the units you have, in more or less plain English. Abbreviations of units are also permitted. The program converts quantities expressed in various scales to their equivalents in other scales. QuickUnits can only handle multiplicative scale changes. For example, it cannot convert Celsius to Fahrenheit but it can convert temperature differences between those temperature scales. QuickUnits comes with over 2000 units. So go and try any unit you may think of (the persian royal cubit, for instance!). It will be fun for sure!
